RULES APPLYING TO VISITS

(FOR VISITORS WHO HAVE BOOKED THE TOUR OF THE HISTORICAL MUSEUM + FACTORY)

 

Subject of the Service
Nestlé Italy provides consumers with a system to book a visit of “Casa del Cioccolato® Perugina®” located in Perugia, San Sisto, Viale San Sisto 207/C, inside the Nestlè Perugina® site.

 

Right to Booking
This term refers to the possibility to visit Casa del Cioccolato® Perugina® on the selected date and time for the people included in the booking.

We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes early.

The schedule may change for organizational needs.

 

ACCESS RULES

Reservation required

The visit is always guided.

Access to the shop usually takes place at the end of the visit. 

You must communicate us any food allergies and intolerances when booking and upon entering Casa del Cioccolato® Perugina®.

 

How the groups are formed
Visits to Casa del Cioccolato® Perugina® take place in groups. Groups may also be large and are formed according to the organizational needs of Casa del Cioccolato® Perugina®, availability of places by time slot and requested language.

 

Content of the visit
The visit includes: a brief introductory video, a visit of Perugina’ s® historical museum, a tasting, a tour of the factory (*) and access to the store.


(*) A tour of the factory means walking across an overhead walkway over part of the lines of the manufacturing plant. According to production technical requirements and availability, Nestlé reserves the right to decide on the option of walking across the walkway. Nestlé does not guarantee the continuative option of viewing the production lines, nor that they will be in operation during all visit times.


Language
Guests can, depending on availability, select the preferred language of the tour.


People with disabilities

The visit of Casa del Cioccolato® Perugina® is always available for people with disabilities. The only part not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, to wheelchairs or crutches is the elevated path inside of the factory. The factory remains visible from a balcony. In any case, we recommend specify the presence of people with disabilities when booking.

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION - PRIVATE USERS

  • Confirmation is automatic for scheduled visits within 72 hours from the booking.
  • You will receive for scheduled visits over 72 hours from booking, with appropriate advance notice, a “reminder email” recalling the date and time of the visit. The email will also contain the link to cancel the visit. Please let us know immediately, via the cancellation link, your decision to cancel your visit.

In either case in the absence of cancellation the visit is considered confirmed, and we will reserve the right to award you the cost of the ticket.

 

GROUP RESERVATIONS – OVER 12 PEOPLE

This procedure refers to bookings for groups of more than 12 participants, including minors.

Reservation can be made only through Call Center:

CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION - GROUPS

At the end of the booking process, guests will receive an e-mail containing all information.

The email contains the link to cancel the group booking.

If, on the other hand, you wish to make a visit, please take note of the following INFORMATION.

 

 PAYMENT – GROUPS

 

The accepted method of payment for groups is only by bank transfer. It must be sent with 5 days in advance according to the terms indicated in the confirmation e-mail. The e-mail also contains the bank details necessary for the issuance of the transfer.

 

Bank transfers are not refundable.

After the limits for confirmation and payment have expired, the reservation will be cancelled without notice.


LAST MINUTE GROUP BOOKING (WITHIN 8 DAYS OF VISIT): PAYMENT TIME WILL BE AGREED WITH THE CALL CENTER

  • Cancel the reservation via appropriate link through the email.

TICKETS & COSTS

10€: Standard tickets

8€: Discounted for children 13 to 17 years old, groups of 10 or more adults, carer of people with disabilities and over 65.

5€: Discounted for children 6 to 12 years old.

5€: Discounted for high schools and middle schools.

4€: Discounted for nursery school and primary schools.

Free: for children up to 5 years old and people with disabilities

 

PURCHASE/ISSUE TICKET

Can only be made on site.

Forms of payment: cash, credit card and debit card.

Please note that groups (over 12 people) pay by bank transfer to be sent with gg.5 in advance of the date of the visit according to the terms indicated in the reservation form.

 

INVOICE REQUEST

(ex: Agency, Company, Tour operator or schools)

Make reservation through Call Center indicating the need for invoice.

Personal information provided to make the booking will be stored on our systems only for the time required to process the booking itself. It will be deleted and, in any case not used for marketing mailing purposes, unless you have expressly specified otherwise in the registration form. Security of information
The information provided will be managed as specified by the privacy watchdog. Nestlè will not share, in any way, your information with other partners/companies for commercial purposes, thereby guaranteeing absolute confidentiality.

Privacy policy Casa del Cioccolato The data and information transmitted by you in completing this form will be used for the purpose of participating in the tour of the Historical Museum or Chocolate School Courses (insertion of personal data in the registry and organization and management of tours and courses). By completing the form, you authorize Nestlé Italiana S.p.A., as Data Controller, to process the data provided. The data processor, for the purpose of registering with the activities of the Perugina Chocolate House is COVISIAN S.p.A. based in Via dei Valtorta 47 - 20127 Milan.
